Our products are wrist bracelets. They are crafted from high quality paracord 550 in color themes reminiscent of Harley Davidson but do not bear any trademarks or affiliations with Harley Davidson Motor Company.

That materials or colors will appear identical on all devices. We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, wear and tear, or alteration of the product. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You are responsible for return the goods in unused condition at your own expense. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items in their original condition.

9. Digital Goods or Downloads

If digital content is purchased or downloaded, you waive your 14-day withdrawal right once the digital download begins after your express prior consent.

10. Shipping

We ship within the EU. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

11. Warranties & Responsibilities

We warrant that our bracelets are handmade and inspected before shipping. However, we do not guarantee that:

Algemene Voorwaarden

1. Inleiding

Welkom bij de Econia-M e-commerce winkel (“wij”, “ons” of “onze”). Deze Algemene Voorwaarden regelen uw toegang tot en gebruik van onze website en diensten. Door deze site te gebruiken of een bestelling te plaatsen, gaat u akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

2. Wie mag deze website gebruiken

Om onze site te gebruiken en producten aan te schaffen, moet u:

4. Product

Onze producten zijn polsarmbanden. Ze zijn met de hand gemaakt van hoogwaardig paracord 550 in kleurenthema’s die doen denken aan Harley Davidson, maar bevatten geen handelsmerken en hebben geen band met Harley Davidson Motor Company.

5. Precontractuele informatie

Voor het plaatsen van een bestelling wordt u duidelijk en begrijpelijk geïnformeerd over:

8. Herroepingsrecht

U heeft het recht om binnen 14 dagen zonder opgave van redenen de overeenkomst te herroepen. Om dit recht uit te oefenen, moet u ons een duidelijke verklaring sturen (bijvoorbeeld per post of e-mail). U dient de goederen ongebruikt en op eigen kosten terug te sturen. Terugbetalingen worden binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de geretourneerde artikelen in originele staat verwerkt.

9. Digitale goederen of downloads

Indien digitale inhoud wordt gekocht of gedownload, ziet u af van uw herroepingsrecht zodra de download begint met uw uitdrukkelijke voorafgaande toestemming.

10. Verzending

Wij verzenden binnen de EU. Verzendkosten en geschatte levertijden worden weergegeven bij het afrekenen. Het risico gaat over op u bij levering.

11. Garanties en verantwoordelijkheden

Wij garanderen dat onze armbanden met de hand worden gemaakt en gecontroleerd vóór verzending. We garanderen echter niet dat:
- De producten foutloos of ononderbroken zullen zijn
- Kleuren en afbeeldingen identiek zijn op alle apparaten
Wij zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor schade door verkeerd gebruik, slijtage of wijzigingen aan het product.

12. Eigendom en intellectueel eigendom

Alle inhoud op onze site, inclusief ontwerpen, afbeeldingen, logo’s en handelsmerken, is eigendom van Econia-M en beschermd door toepasselijke auteursrechten en merkenrechten. Niets mag worden gekopieerd of hergebruikt zonder schriftelijke toestemming.

13. Wijziging van dienst

14. Opschorting of beëindiging van accounts

Wij kunnen accounts opschorten of beëindigen bij schending van deze voorwaarden, misbruik richting personeel of bij fraude.

15. Schadeloosstelling

U stemt ermee in om Econia-M, haar eigenaars, medewerkers en gelieerde partijen te vrijwaren van claims of schadevergoedingen voortvloeiend uit uw schending van deze voorwaarden of misbruik van de website.

16. Aansprakelijkheidsbeperking

Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan zijn wij niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte, incidentele of gevolgschade, inclusief verlies van winst of gegevens. Onze maximale aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot de waarde van het aangeschafte product.
